6-week mental fitness course
A six week app-guided group course designed to build our capacity to be in command of our own minds, empowering participants to live life through positivity and intuition, harnessing your powers of empathy, curiosity, creativity, and calm, decisive action.
In partnership with Shirzad Chamine, New York Times bestselling author, Stanford professor and creator of the Positive Intelligence app-guided course, Maren & Rosanna lead participants through a 6-week course to build mental fitness, reach peak performance, find peace and wellbeing, and develop rich relationships.
Built on a synthesis of positive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive psychology and performance science, throughout the course you will strengthen the three mental muscles of Self Command, Saboteur Interceptor and Sage Connection. Across the six weeks you will learn to shift the balance of power from your false self to your greatest self, building new mental habits for life.
Participating in an open pod, science suggests we are 500 times more likely to create and sustain new mental habits when we are accountable to other people. You will be welcomed into a small, intimate group, including participants from all sectors, stages of life and corners of the world.
